The receptionist Marcauce? was so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. ..nothing was too much trouble, making sure our stay was pleasant.. The rooms were comfortable and the swimming, which we had to ourselves, was very welcome in the heat. The restaurant was especially lovely. The food was great and the staff very attentive. Breakfast was had a good selection, and again, we were well looked after by Youssra and Ibrahim. All in all.. a lovely place to stay.

This hotel:(RELAX HOTEL is the most amazing and relaxing hotel me and my parents loved and I also appreciated all the workers and especially Youssra (l'accueil Du Restaurant) and also Samira (Service) And I also apreciate their hardwork on making every living person in this hotel happy. I hope the workers keep on working and i hope to meet them next vacation. The pool: very nice and smooth pool everyone was happy and so was I. Even the chairs were comfy, The most part is the chamber 121 and 117. I went to chamber 121: I really liked the room very very much and the closet too. I felt joy and happyness. Thanks alot. And thank (the security too for protecting the hotel) and the people cleaning the hotel. This is the most fun hotel I ever seen. Thank you all M.R Rayan.

First of all i like the staff they were very helpful and nice. As well as i like it facilities because everything was neat and tidy. And breakfast was exceptional and tasty. I want to thank everyone for best customer service and especially for Moad, Marwa, security team, waiter and waitress unfortunately I forgot some of their names.

We had breakfast every morning and found it very good. The staff were extremely friendly especially Yousra and Doucie, all of them were very good but these are only names we know. From the minute we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed and that feeling continued throughout.thank you to all hotel staff throughout.

Location is great for me, just outside the city center to avoid heavy traffic going to work. Near the shopping center and Marjane supermarket. Plenty of parking spots. The hotel is clean, good breakfast. Staff is really friendly, polite and always available for support.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, they were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location of the hotel . I would like to thank Youssra , MAjda , IBrahim , Amina for for making my stay very comfortable

The staff was very friendly everyone smiled when you made eye contact with them. Yousra and Doua are the best they are the reason why i looked forward into having my mourning breakfast. They just know how to make you feel welcomed and special I felt like I was at home. The breakfast was delicious and the room looked modern and clean I wouldn't stay anywhere else in kenitria I am making my second trip there now. Will be booking at relax kentria agian!

My stay there was exceptional, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was comfortable and well-equipped, providing a relaxing atmosphere, The hotel's amenities and convenient location made my experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend💯👍
